I have problem with license
Licenses are valid for one computer only, if you reinstall Windows or you want to move your program to another computer you need to reset the license.
Problem 1: License is not valid for this computerâ€¦
Licenses are bound to one computer. Have you recently reinstalled Windows or hard disc or changed the computer? You can Reset your license here.
Please note that only customers who purchased our products can reset their licenses.
If you are a TRIAL user and you want to change computers or extend your trial period then please contact us.
Problem 2: Cannot verify license, check internet connection
Please make sure that your Antivirus or Firewall doesn’t block Internet connection for StrategyQuant.
If you use Antivirus/Firewall then turn it off and try license verification again. If it works now you should make a rule in your Firewall to allow connections from StrategyQuant.
