Hello,
i have read that SQ is able to load data from any ASCII format. Can you post exact format of this file? I would like to use my own data because i don’t trade FX.
best regards

Hello Merlin,
the import format is flexible, you can set the definition of clumns and date/time formats according to your own file.
It has predefined patterns for MetaTrader and Dukascopy ASCII formats.
I suggest you to check the importer and you’ll see, it is quite simple.

Hello, i am trying to import data from ForexTester data source and i have found a big problem and it´s that my date format is similar to for example 20011203 – This is third of december of 2001.
all the options the system give us have dots or commas or somethin (. , / ) How can i change this configuration. Is the only problem i have and all the information is with the same format.
thanks a lot for your help

YOu can simply remove the dots, etc., the Date Format is editable. In your case the year format would be: YYYYmmdd
