I need to reset my license, how can I do that?

If you have activated the license code before and it stops working you can try to reset it in our client portal (https://strategyquant.com/clientarea). This should solve the problem in most cases especially after hardware or OS upgrades or if you move your license to another PC.

If the issue persists, please, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to solve the problem for you. Also bear in mind there is a limit for number of resets you can do on your own in the client portal.
