Hi,   I am wondering if it is possible to import a .mql file for testing?

Also, is there a way to test a specific condition, such as  Close1 > MA? When I have tried this, I get lots of results that are testing Close1< MA.

Hello Stephen,

no, it is not possible to use SQ to test existing strategies, it cannot import .mql files.

You can however use Wizard to create strategies manually. I’m not sure what exactly you did, but you can create your own strategy and then retest it in SQ.

If you’ll use it in Improver then you should expect that it will generate also additional rules – all depending on your settings.
