Is it possible to create an EA that has a function of calling another existing EA? I want to add some filters on top of an EA I’ve bought.

this is not possible in MetaTrader EA, at least it is not some standard functionality. Communicating between different EAs is usually done by sockets or files, or maybe DLLs, but I’m not aware that it is possible to call one EA from another.
