How can I make this EA?

I have purchased EA Wizard last week,it is awesome but I havent yet written any successful EA.

I want to write a simple EA.

Conditions are as follows:

1. Close Profit 50% when when profit in short position or long position reaches 15 pips.
2. Close Profit 30% when when profit in short position or long position reaches 25 pips.
3.Close Profit 20%(the rest) when when profit in short position or long position reaches 25 pips.

Positions will be opened manually.
I have tried it several times but my EA is not running.

it is little bit tricky, but I’m attaching a sample that should work.

It expects that your initial open position size is 1.

It has to check for position size in each rule to make sure it doesn’t close part of position more than once.
