Breakout EA

I would like to make an EA for a breakout system and want to know if I will be able to use the EA Wizard in order to do it.

The strategy measures the range of a given period and then places buy and sell stops above and below the range.  S/L’s are equal to the opposite entry.  T/P’s are an equivalent amount.  Lot size is determined by the size of the range and ideally is based on a fixed amount of account currency.  The stategy keeps trading until the next day when pending orders are canceled and new ones placed.

I can provide more details and specific examples if needed.  Based on the above outline, is this doable with the EZ Wizard?
