HOW TO SET RANGE BREAK OUT E.A

I try to build E.A range break out, after i create and i test into MT4 Back test no order was open, i think there mistake some

where, i need your help.

My rules is that:-

when bar in range after 6 and come high than this range if it will go up should buy and if will go short should sell.

I put stop loss and take profit, will see here.

I have attach how am done, in order to correct me.

the “Highest” (or the Lowest) function returns market price so you compare values incorrectly.

I understand you want to have the highest and the lowest of 6 bars back and then wait max 4 bars for breakout of that range. It can be done like shown in the file by playing with SHIFT parameter
