EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION – A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime

I have exhausted my level of fault finding here with this crash StrategyQuant X.

Items already done:

• Loaded the suggested Java updates into J64
• Configuration>Memory: Periodic cleanup is active, every 5 minutes, I’ve also tried 2 minutes
• Restart the windows11  VMS before starting a project.

All suggestions would be welcome.

do you use RDP to connect to that machine with SQX running?

Yes, confirming I was using RDP to make the remote connection to the machine running SQX. Since identifying that RDP was causing the crash, I have now changed to TeamViewer and confirm that SQX is no longer impacted or crashing by the remote connection.
