How to add Instruments in QDM (US30 & USTEC)

Hello everybody,

I want to download US30 & US TEC data and export it to MT5 for Back testing. Unfortunately, I can’t find both in the Data Manager. How can I add those symbols?

I have one more request. Where can I find DAX (DE40). I found only DE30 (DEUIDXEUR)
