how to clone tick data to specific UTC offset with DST

I have download forex tick data.  I want to clone tick data to have server time offset to match my broker, DST is New York time zone but server is set to GMT+2/GMT+3.
GMT+2, when EST.
GMT+3, when EDT.

In Tool>Clone To Timezone: Would following option be the correct one to use.

(EST+7) New Your Trading Hours, US DST, USD DST Yes

Any help or clarification is much appreciated.
