How to let generate strategies, that places BUY STOP and SELL STOP same time?

I would like to let generate breakout strategies, where the EA places at a given time buy stop and sell stop orders at the same time.

Actually the generated strategies place just long orders, so I have just long positions.
How can I achieve, that it places both type of orders? I want to give chance for the short trades too.
