It does not open, opens a Nocodb instance

I install it.  It asks to run, I click yes.  I enter my license.  It says loading plugins, then launches a login screen to a nocodb instance.  I never reach the Quant Data Manager program. If I click Sign up, because signin does not work, then I get inside nocodb, which has no information.

I have tried deleting the folder, re-installing, and resetting my license.

How do I fix this?
