No strategies were generated with either Random generation or Genetic Evolution

I have been trying for several hours to generate strategies by following the course content on how to get started with Strategy Quant using the Random Generation and later Genetic Evolution approaches. Neither of the two approaches was successful in generating a single strategy for me. Could anyone help by reviewing the attached configuration file, please? I have spent several hours following different advice on the internet, particularly this forum, but no luck with any of them. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Thanks
