Unable to add data for crypto symbols on StrategyQuant X

When I try to add any crypto symbol, I get error messages like this one:

“Error

Details:
Error while adding symbols: BTCUSDT”

Then, I see nothing has been added even though there is also a confirmation message:

“Success

Details:
Add symbols.”

I have tried everything I know to remediate this issue but with no success. I have never been able to add any crypto data symbol/instrument to my SQ X installation since the first time I tried it.

I don’t face this problem when trying to add Forex symbols. What could be wrong?

which data source do you use? Binance or any other?

I’m also experiencing the same issue, and I’m using Binance as the data source.
