Custom Optimization not saving Trading Options in Strategies

I’m trying to use the code from https://strategyquant.com/doc/programming-for-sq/running-optimizations-programmatically/ as a reference to a custom optimization, but it’s not saving the Trading Options in the result strategies.

Does anyone have other code to reference or have any idea what might be happening?
