In the last time Windows10 got many updates. It is possible that the firewall has been updates so something has blocked the update connection. For testing you can switch off the firewall and check if a update is possible. But don´t forget to switch on the firewall after update 🙂

I did disable firewall and all security settings, still nothing.

I did manual update from ZIP file, we will see when we get next update if it will work.

SQX is just getting better and better, thanks Mark.

Yes I just download update ZIP file and extracted over my SQX installation, it will keep settings.

doesn’t respond to commands you can’t stop… after closing sqx several times. is continuing to generate strategies…

I did some tests and I found that with the old configurations (made with the 124) in builder(125) does not work I tried only in builder

and with new setting in builder does not respond to commands…..only when i turn of SQX

NEW ERROR IN BUILD 125:

seem’s to me, that Build 125 includes new error, never occured before:

==> So the extension “AssignVariable.java” stopped to work in Build 125 (and also all strategy-templates, using that extension)

Please see the attached example: In Build 125 the “Variable”-Field remains empty!

I’m sorry to say it, but, guys i think all this problems are on your side (so in your PC), i’m running my SQX over a server with 128GB of RAM, and it’s working very well, instantly auto-updated, i’m currently using a config from build 124,  and actually it never freeze, is very reactive, so be careful, the problem is 90% of the times on your PCs.

And here a piece of log from Strategy-Builder (in Built 125) when it uses a Strategy-Template containing the function “AssignVariable”:

happy for you, that you can use “a server with 128GB of RAM” :)-.

But most of people have 16 GB or less: and a good piece of software should work well also under such smaller conditions. Otherwise the software seem’s to be “oversized” … .

What operating system do you use?

Du you use Windows10 ?  Version 1903 ?

or a different operating system ?

I simply use the same configuration as the PC that I used yesterday no antivirus etc… but after I deleted two program lines as recommended by Mark …. now it works… is not important  32 gb  or  128  ::::
