Issue with data affected by FTMO session time

So I am trying to use the most accurate data to create my strategies to minimise the differences between my SQX testing and my MT5 testing. I have downloaded the data straight from FTMO (as I am aiming to use these strategies there), but using the FTMO session alters all of the session bars. For example, using the FTMO session means that every hourly bar starts at :05 past the hour (01:05, 02:05 etc), and this can dramatically alter the data for then using it in MT5 – I have attached the screenshots of this.

Why does using the FTMO session alter the start time of every timeframe bar? Is there something I should be doing differently?

The second issue I have with this is that if I then try to create strategies on the daily timeframe using the FTMO session I get no trades created (I assume because of the discrepancy between the daily timeframe start on FTMO as FTMO session opens at 00:05). If I then change it to the dukascopy session I get trades created, but the data is now different from my raw FTMO data because it has altered the bars by 5 minutes – therefore making the strategies created differ between SQX and MT5.

The more I use SQX, the more I realise I need to get as accurate data as possible that matches my MT5 data – but this changing of the bars significantly alters the data between the two.

My follow up to this that also seems to be affected by the session times is that SQX is not opening any trades on Mondays with my strategies created on daily timeframes. I can only assume that this is because in the dukascopy data, the data starts at 01:00 on Mondays but at 00:00 on every other day of the week.

But how then can I create strategies on the daily timeframe as surely the trades should be being opened on the open of the daily bar?
