good evening, I can’t import a time series on MT4 on the Mac, which path should I take, where should I save the time series so that I can use it for MT4 tests? thanks good evening

unfortunately the tick data export into MT4 is not supported on MAC since MetaTrader4 MacOS version does not exit
Dear Admin, I can’t reset my licence. maybe the reasin is I reset it too many times. Because I have to work at my laptop and main pc. what should I do now? Thank you

I downloaded some tick data which I exported to my mt4 broker platform but I seem to be getting error messages when I try to run EA on the data but my EA was great just before I added data from QDM.

Hi Tomas, I don’t know how to check that. I just downloaded the data yesterday.
If you are referring to the Build – the version I used is the 121.1243
How to add third party indicator snippets into SQX?
You can only add Java snippets. Check our Codebase for example https://strategyquant.com/codebase

Hello Support, two questions:
1) How many times can I reset the license for QDM? I need to migrate my data from one VPS to another and potentially do it couple of times in the future, so would be good to know the limit.
2) When getting MT4 FXT data downloaded+exported with QDM, I noticed that the FXT header states that Model Quality=66 while if I export data purely with TickStory, it says Model Quality = 99.9. Does it mean you just don’t set the modeling quality correctly when exporting FXT or is the data really not good?

I have own StrategyQuant X. Today I installed Quant data manager. How can I get its Pro functionality, because I am being asked to upgrade.

the SQ license cannot be used to run QuantDataManager. It is a separate license you would need to obtain here https://strategyquant.com/quantdatamanager/

I own two differenet SQ licenses, but….which license code to fill inside QDManager?
It’s not clear, please explain clarify how to move to PRO version, considering my SQ full licenses
QDM uses own licensing system. You cannot use SQX license within QDM unfortunately

Symbol name is different
Quant data name is US500IDX
But my exness is US500

How do I apply Darwinex broker contract specifications to futures data? Like commissions, slippage, ect.., so I don’t have to update it in builder each time I look for strategies.
Good day, maybe I am blind but where can I find the introduction to QDM. Because here above stands the word “Introduction” but thats not an introduction though? Is there any documentation? The “How to…” gives some answers but not on the questions I have

How do you uninstall QDM? Is there an uninstallation file for it? It doesn’t show in the installed apps list. Cheers.
There is no need to uninstall. The software is not being installed in a traditional way. You can simply delete the folder
