Anyone ever have issues with “task error”

Below is an example of an error I’m getting periodically. SQX will install fine, load normal and run tests, but when i close the program for the first time after install, i almost always get some issue related to tasks. Tasks not being present, no tasks, etc. I’ve tried to run as admin, change permissions to the files, and a few other common fixes but can’t seem to nail down the issue. I’ve had to reinstall SQX about 4 times now and just curious if anyone has insight into this?
*Screenshot is  just one example of this issue. typically when this happens i can’t reset the builder to default, can’t run retest or anything else. seems like it stops the entire system from operating properly.
