Error download failed

Hi, I tried to download SPY tick data from dukascopy but it return ERROR: download failed with error code 404 but funnily there’s a download meter. Is this really a problem or not?

I tried to download all time data for SPY but I think the problem is from the dukascopy. When I use VPN the download seems working find, is there a chance that dukascopy ban download from Indonesia?

Same problem:

Strategy Quant Data Manager: “Error: Download failed. Error code: -1”

Then, after some minutes or longer, download starts again…

Today it took > 10hrs to fetch 50% of history data.

What could it be?

any body now how to fix this problem. I tried downloading a small amount of data (just 2 days’ XAUUSD data) using the free license, but I keep getting an error (error code -1).

or mybe the free plan no longger available ?
