What do I need to do to translate .xml files into .sqx files ?

Why when I select a config.xml file (which I took from the sharing section of the site) from a path on my hard disk, to try to load custom projects, StrategyQuantx doesn’t load anything? What do I need to do to translate these .xml files into .sqx files?

Custom workflows an build / retester / optimizer configs are CFX files not XML. Where did you get the config file?
