Cannot synchronize snippets – problem.

When trying to launch QuantX, an error window pops up saying ‘Error during initialization. Cannot synchronize snippets.’ Yesterday I was still able to log in (license is current, I didn’t do anything with the license keys), but I should mention that there was a Windows 10 update yesterday which might have caused some issues. Can anyone help?

which build do you run? Have you tried to make a clean copy using a zip file? https://api.strategyquant.com/downloads?code=sqxzip

I don’t know which version of the program because I can’t open that version (attempting to open it results in a pop-up window).

I downloaded the new version of the program (138), and the key for the program I have works. The problem is that somehow the program in the old version, for some reason, seems unable to load the ‘snippets’ as if it’s not updating properly.
