Tick data downloader isn’t downloading and creating files

I am not a new user. When it stopped downloading I reinstalled it but the problem remains. When it starts downloading it usually creates folder for a currency pair being downloaded in the tick data folder but now tick data folder remains empty. I tried to change to another folder in the settings dialog but there is nothing either. Is anyone experiencing similar problems?

it works fine for me. If the folder cannot be created haven’t you installed TDD to some write-protected folder, like C:\Program Files ?

I did not know that C:\Program Files is write-protected. Anyway, I reinstalled onto C disk directly. Now it creates folder for currency pair but when it finishes downloading it does not create CSV file. Could it be the reason that some registry files are missing. I  recently scanned my computer with antivirus software and might have deleted infected files 

Apparently in Configure settings I had to check  Automatic export to CSV box. Now it creates CSV file

I see, yes, it doesn’t export all the CSV files automatically, you can configure which ones you want it to create.
