SQX si blocca su Windows 10

Buongiorno,

 

Ho iniziato a usare sqx solo di recente, nelle ultime 3-4 settimane, ha funzionato bene per le prime 3 settimane, ora mi si blocca l'intera GUI.

 

Ho allegato alcuni file di dump dell'ultima installazione (e della nuova installazione che ho fatto ieri).

 

Se qualcuno può aiutarmi ne sarei grato perché questo mi sta facendo impazzire, ho anche provato ad eseguire con GraalVM e ho avuto lo stesso problema.

Ho attivato la modalità di debug (file di log da 18 gb) e le ultime righe sono le seguenti

 

Sembra che si sia bloccato nella fase di generazione del flusso di lavoro. ho allegato anche l'ultimo file di dump per questa esecuzione.

potresti allegare anche il file del flusso di lavoro (cfx) con il log completo? La cosa migliore è salvare direttamente qui https://roadmap.strategyquant.com/projects/sq4/tasks/new in modo che il nostro team di sviluppo possa rimanere in contatto diretto con voi nel caso in cui siano necessarie ulteriori informazioni

Potrebbe essere necessario comprimere il file di registro poiché abbiamo un limite massimo di dimensioni per il caricamento.

potete anche comunicarcelo a [email protected] se il problema persiste. Avete anche testato diverse versioni di Java?

Ho provato Graal VM che ha una versione di JDK molto diversa (15 vs 17 IIRC).

 

ma forse ho risolto il mio problema, sto ancora testando e aspettando che si verifichino altri crash. ma ho esaminato i tempi dei file di dump nella directory SQX e li ho confrontati con event viewer, tutti hanno risposto con lo stesso evento

 

Da una rapida ricerca su Google sembra che il problema sia il crash e il rallentamento delle applicazioni non rilasciate, comprese quelle non java, e che SPP abbia a che fare con l'antivirus di Windows; piuttosto che disabilitarlo ho aggiunto un'eccezione per la cartella SQX e ora sto aspettando di vedere se si blocca di nuovo.

 

Potrebbe trattarsi dello stesso problema riscontrato dai ragazzi di Windows 11 in quell'altro thread
