Percentage in a Filter Criteria

While taking the Master Class, during the Cross Checks lesson, the filter of

Net Profit >= 90% Net Profit

On the right hand side I cannot figure out how to get a value for the net profit.  i.e. how to determine and input the 90%

The video may be an older version because my version has no option to input the actual percentage.  Thanks for any help.

You need to enable percentage ratio. See the image attached
