Will strategy from template in builder create new strategy

Ciao

I have created a strategy in algo wizard and want to use that strategy as a base to develop some better and more complicated one.

I use the strategy from template and select some random block in the building block.

My expectation is it will help to create new strategy by merge the base strategy I created with randomly pick condition. But it seems it just keep repeating the same strategy in the template.

It would like work if you can explain more how the strategy from template works and is that some specific setting need?

Generally speaking when you add a random condition / block SQX will replace that with any block from those enabled under Builder -> Building blocks unless specified otherwise.

Make sure you have enough blocks selected.
