Indicator changing colour – trading rules

When an indicator on the chart changes colour, for example to show a reversal in price, what operator in the trading rules should be used?  Is it the “=” sign.  In other words the first colour is given on the left and the second colour on the right hand side?

My strategy is to close a sell trade and open a buy trade and vice versa, similar to two EMAs crossing strategy in the guide.
