2 Indicators in a Sub Window

Hello

I would like create a signal indicator using EA Wizard, however I am unsure as whether EA Wizard is capable of creating the following. Basically I’ve added two different indicators in a sub-window on MT4, and I would like to for the EA Wizard to recognize when these indicators touch, however both indicators have differing values. Any help would be appreciated, also if this is not possible with EA Wizard, please provide an alternative way of going about the issue.

You will need to either post the indicators or at a minimum a screen shot of them for anyone to be able to answer your question.
