I run Monte Carlo(skip trades , 200 simulations).
And after a while, I find that the process seems halting. So I press the Stop button.
But SQ shows Stopping always….And never stop
I have not save the strategy file. I am afraid that the files would be lost if I quit SQ.
So what can I do except waiting? (This happened 2 or 3 times before)

Happend to me aswell. Some strategies takes long time. Even longer if you are running out of memory. It usually stops after completion of the last strategy it was working with when you ended it.

hi
this occurs when you choose many tests or tick precision.
i recommend you to save all strategies before MonteCarlo and if SQ freeze, switch it off it takes too long sometimes.
shit happens. its not perfect.

I experienced that too, it kind of “hang” after I pressed stopped. this only happen on the “Random Skip Trades, with 10 % probability”
I just leave it alone for about 10 to 15 minutes and so far it it will stop running by iteself when I returned.
