Can the Bar Type Time Stamp be changed in bulk?

I am moving away from MetaTrader to MultiCharts. MTx uses a bar time stamp based on the start of the bar and MultiCharts uses a bar time stamp based on the end of the bar. I have the ultimate version of SQX with their data feed and all Forex as well as stock historical data is based on the MTx version using the bar start. Futures data is based on the end of bar time stamp.

Is there a tool that can convert all of the FX and stock data to be based on end of bar? If so is it built into StrategyQuant or is it based on export -> convert -> import?

The only way now would be to export data for multiple symbol at once into CSV files.

Then create new symbols manully or using CLI (type: end of bar timestamp) and import CSV data
