Clone to timezone problem downloading.

I have followed the steps to download the data to my currency pairs but it hasnt moved since tryin got cone the timezone. I chose the only japan timzone it had (no dst) so im not sure if that affects it or not. if anyone has ant idea on whats happening please help me out.
