Custom project optimize task for simple optimization

Hi,

I have a custom project (workflow) and I added an optimize task of type simple optimization. This works well but I have 2 questions:

1. The task reads all strategies from one databank and places the as output in another databank, with option to store only the best optimization. But in the output databank it places both the original unoptimized strategy and the optimized copy. How is it best to separate the 2 and use only the optimized versions for the next task?

2. In most cases, the optimized version is better than the unoptimized, but in some cases the optimized version has worse performance than the unoptimized, I mean worse profit, PF, DD etc, this seems unusual, I have never seen an optimizer than produces worse strategy, could there be something I am doing wrong or possibly there is a bug in the simple optimizer?
