Defining Variables

I have a problem with my EA wizard. I need to change one of my parameters in Strategy rules tab by performing some calculations and i’m completely confused how to do that.

I would like to change an argument during the process. for example i have a dynamic money management and according to Total loss or Total profit, lot size should change.
So in general, how can i assign dynamic values to variables?
