Error with OnInit & OnDeinit rules

When any rule is added on Strategy Init or Deinit, the MQL5 source code shows the rules within:

if(_sqIsBarOpen == true){

}

This seems to delay the OnInit & OnDeInit rules until next bar – this is not the intended action for Init and DeInit rules. I am pretty sure this is a bug in AlgoWizard that needs to be fixed.
