The Regular Session for GC is from 1800 to 1700 the next day.

If I set the session in the full settings and trading options to 1800 -2300, is it mean that the chart set in SQX will only cover the period from 1800-2300 and other data outside the period will be trimmed out?

Yes, the data is trimmed out. Indicators and formulas are affected by this
