Genetic evol with initial population. Required Building block not considered

Hello Community,
If “Use strategies from Initial population databank as evolution start” is checked in Builder for Genetic evolution then my settings in building blocks for Exit type which are marked as required (like Stop Loss or Exit after X bars) aren’t included/considered in generated strategies. What could force builder to include my required building blocks?

I see the behaviour for the “required” blocks not always being present in final strategies. I will check with our dev team about this
