how to export External indicator from MT4 into SQx

hi, all,

can someone hint where i can find tutorial to export indi data from MT4 (NOT MT5?)

Tutorial External indicators – StrategyQuant has MT5 example, but setting up SqIndicatorValuesExportEA is different for MT4.

2nd question – can someone show what is exported CSV data format (look like) within csv file?
