Issue with CSV File Compatibility in QuantAnalyzer

In these photos, I have provided CSV files generated by Python and Multicharts. When I open them using NotePad++, you will notice that the format of every column in both files is identical. However, this is where the issue lies – despite having the same format, the CSV file generated by Multicharts can be easily read by QuantAnalyzer, while the one generated by Python cannot. I even tried opening the Multicharts-generated CSV in Excel, then copying a few rows into a new Excel file and saving it as CSV, but even with this method, QuantAnalyzer still cannot successfully read it.

Furthermore, I have already uploaded these two files to this discussion forum.
