MT5 EA cannot run

My first trial MT5 EA was complied, but cannot run !

received the following message:

2022.03.31 21:38:22.598 Strategy 0.1222132 (XAUUSD,M15) cannot load indicator ‘MACD’ [4302]
2022.03.31 21:38:22.622 Strategy 0.1222132 (XAUUSD,M15) cannot load custom indicator ‘SqHeikenAshi’ [4302]
2022.03.31 21:38:22.622 Strategy 0.1222132 (XAUUSD,M15) Failed to create handle of the indicator, error code %d4302

make sure you have our custom SQ indicators installed properly, follow this link https://strategyquant.com/doc/strategyquant/installation/#metatrader

Already tried.

But still the problem….

i find that if my EA use single chart only, it can run normally

If the EA applied sub-chart, it cannot run and receive the error code “4302”
