Multi Timeframe Strategy

Can the software SQ or EAW create an EA for a multi time frame strategy? I am sure I read this is possible but after much research and going through the training, I cannot see a way forward.

For example and in simple terms with the simplest of conditions :

If an indicator (data) on Timeframe A = X , and then an indicator (data) meets set conditions on Timeframe B Then do (sell or buy)

Perhaps I am being stupid but it has beaten me. I hope that makes sense without rambling on? Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

In the wizard, you can just apply any signal to another chart:

May all your fits be loose.
