NO Easylanguage code generated

When I try to generate Easylanguage code for a strategy created by the Builder, I get the following message:

“This is a template of a strategy, not a complete strategy. It is visible only in Pseudo code.”

I thought the output of the Builder was not a template strategy. Why is that? I did not find an answer in the documentation.
