Older coding version is generated – is this correct or a bug in SQX 138?

If I use the builder of SQX (WITHOUT TEMPLATES), then SQX generates a different version for the strategies than when using AlgoWizard templates, is that correct?

For example, if I use an Algo Wizard template in the Builder (picture 1), then an older version of the source code is generated (picture 2) as when I use the builder in SQX without a template (picture 3).

Is this difference correct?

This to me looks like incorrect information. I have reported to the dev team to check and fix
