I got a better desktop so I could support running SQX. The staff promised that when I got it I could reset my license to the new computer on my Dashboard. Turns out the only license listed under my Licenses is the trial and not the Pro License I paid for and have been using for a week. I am anxious to try my new setup out.
Another SQX glitch is when I hit Reset on the trial license, there is an error stating the reset was unsuccessful because you cannot reset the trial. Then in the drop down for activity it shows the status of the trial as Reset. You can’t make this stuff up.
Anyone heave a similar problem or know if I am overlooking something? I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Nevermind this question. I managed to get my license reset and downloaded on the new device. My license is still messed up in my dashboard but I just hope I don’t have to refer to the license number very often.

If you purchase using a different address it will not be visible in your Dashboard (https://strategyquant.com/account/merge-emails/) until you merge email. See the image attached
