Strategy tester mt4 dosnt work

After export the data directly to mt4, it donst let me use strategy tester, i reinstall mt4 and quant data manager and it dosnt fixed, tried exporting and uplouding via csv file and the same problem, anybody else have this problem or the solution? Thanks a lot

can you see any specific error in MetaTrader log when doing the test?
