I bought a license. After starting the program, a blue screen with the words loading plugins appears. Windows 10

I’m having issues with Data Manager Loading on Windows 10. It takes ages to show anything on screen and the nothing but blue screen.
When I hit the exit cross at the top right of the screen it takes ages for the “Do you really want to exit” box to load. Then it takes ages to exit after clicking the Yes button.
It really is frustrating.
I’ve removed and re-installed. It works well for a while. I get the Data I need. I may not need The program for a while. I return to it, only to find it won’t load.
I get another dose of frustration.
