Why is Dukascopy DAX data not available in full precision?

Hello, just got acquainted with your Quant Data Manager, very nice functionality. I made it download Tick and M1 data for the German index (DAX). Dukascopy saves the quotes with 3 decimals. But the QDM exports to csv or mt5 only contain 1 decimal. Similar reductions are found with volume, always ending with a zero, 880 instead of 885 with Dukascopy.
Is it possible to maintain the Dukascopy precision? Is this the same for the pro version?

Can you share the data downloaded from Dukascopy?

What instrument settings do you use in SQX DM? Check you use the same as Dukas does
