Can you explain to be a bit about these indicators and their parameters?

It often looks like (3, 0, 20, 0).

Also:

Can I make this EA in EA Wizard?
LowestinRange/HighestinRange in EA Wizard appear to be time-based?

the parameters are hour ranges.

So LowestInRange(3, 0, 20, 0) returns the lowest low of candles between 3:00 and 20:00 (3am – 8pm).

You can do the same in EA Wizard, it contains these building blocks.
