2 trails with different time

Hello, I want to work with 2 trails that are active at different times. Trail 1 SMA20:
0.05 – 15.20 and 20.30-23.59.
The second trail with SMA9 in time:
15.30 – 20.29 clock.
Unfortunately, something is not working and the SL is not moving. Who sees a mistake?

It think you are missing parentheses. You need to enclose logic blocks like this (Hour0-15 AND Minutes) OR (Hour20-23 AND Minutes). This way the condition can be correctly evaluated
