there are one or two martingale system examples here n the forum, you can use them as a starting point.

My strategy is not based on martingale system ,,,,,double the lot sizesÂ
But my strategy is “BUY AND SELL AT SAME TIME ” with same lot sizes

Why? It will cost you spread on both trades – how do you get out with a profit?

I can’t see benefits of holding two opposing positions in the same instrument. It makes sense only as a pair trade – profiting from changes in price difference between two instruments like commodity contracts with different expiration, correlating stocks etc…

the grid systems work really well in a flat market but very poorly in a trending market
i had an ea made some time ago but it needs modifying! to reduce risk in trending situations

Maybe he wants to cancel one direction once there is a move the other way.

I have seen that done in a couple ea’s on MQL5, unfortunately code is not supplied.

If there is a signal significant enough to close one at a loss and use the other to profit from the move/trend, why not just use that signal to *enter* the trade there?
You’ll make a lot more money because you pay half the spread/commission.
